All appointments will go ahead as planned until further update from dental regulators.
We will continue to follow strict risk assessment of patients and staff and wear advanced PPEs where appropriate to keep everyone safe.

COVID UPDATE- Second LOCKDOWN

We’ve all just heard about the next lockdown for the month of november.
There are currently no plans to stop dental services.
All appointments will go ahead as planned until further update.

We have been seeing new and existing patients since reopening on the 8th June as per the government’s announcement.
Post covid we have made changes to our premises and implemented a unique patient journey due to the need to respect social distancing and enhance safety as much as possible.
We are grateful to our patients for their understanding and cooperation as we adapt to the new ways of working. We’ve received fantastic feedback from our patients and are happy to know that they feel confident about our covid risk assessment, new patient journey and the PPE usage. Our reception team has worked hard to ensure each patient continues to receive the highest level of customer service as before.
We have digitalised our registration form, medical history forms as well as treatment plan letters. New patients who register online will be emailed a registration form and medical history forms to fill prior to their appointment. This will help us tremendously in our ability to see patients timely for their appointments.
We are offering most dental treatment as before with some changes to hygiene treatment ( manual instead of ultrasonic cleaning) and certain types of implant surgeries have been put on hold. The use of enhanced PPEs for any aerosol generating procedure will continue for the foreseeable future.
