Treatment finance
To help spread the cost of your dental treatment, we also offer 0% finance on any treatment over £2000. Click here to read more about the process. If you’d like to apply for finance, it’s quite easy! Simply let our reception team know, who will send you a link to fill out a short form, and you will get a decision within the next few hours.
Fees , deposit and refund policy:
The exact treatment fees will be confirmed at your initial consultation. A written estimate will be provided before commencement of treatment. This estimate is valid for 3 months . We reserve the right to change fees after this period has passed. A deposit will be required to secure your dental treatment appointment. This equates to 50% of the proposed treatment. Please note, for hygiene or gum treatment appointment , full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking the appointment.
Missed appointments: Failure to provide us with 24 hours advance notice, failure to present for your scheduled appointment or delayed arrival may result in a late cancellation or a no show fee. This fee will equate to a minimum of £75 per half an hour of clinical time lost. For CEREC – same day crown, Implant or Invisalign treatment appointments-we require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of your written request. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee.
